So, if we have negative behaviors and patterns that cause us relationship discord, work problems, financial stress or health issues, why don’t we just make the necessary changes and move on? Why can't we break the chains and make the needed changes in our behavior that cause nothing but pain and unwanted consequences.
Well, here’s the crux of it… focusing on changing behavior rarely works.
If you want to change an undesirable behavior, you have to dive beneath the surface issues to find the deeply-hidden negative self-beliefs, that unbeknownst to you, are the true drivers of your behavior.
In fact, neuroscientists estimate that at least 95% of the choices and decisions we make are driven by our subconscious programming!
So, the primary work we do for self-improvement is mining our subconscious to find our negative beliefs, and then transforming them into positive ones.
We look under the hood and Get Real.
Then in time, our behaviors begin to change, and we Become Free.
